I did mine online with https://aarg.club/ and they were VERY nice.
Be patience, I failed it the first time and then took it again and passed.
For studying you will likely need a book, PDF or used book. Then you can watch YouTube videos and you can take practice exams.

Here is an excellent introduction to using FM radios, such as the Baofengs, on the 2 meter amateur radio bands.

This article shows the band plan, shows which frequencies are appropriate to use (around 146 and 147 MHz), and also what not to do. For example, you should not transmit an FM signal at 144.1 MHz.
