Susan focuses on conscious leadership for the positive evolution of all life. She has spent 25 plus years in the areas of leadership consulting, organizational behavior and development, emotional intelligence, resonant technology and better understanding human dynamics to successfully transition through these global changes
Susan currently works to bring ethics, integrity and global team cohesion to the field of new energy technology, serves as the President of New Energy Movement (501C3) and co founder of The Nui Foundation (CIC) in the UK. Susan also worked in Hawaii with the Resonance Project Foundation as a Director and involved in key organizational initiatives where science and consciousness could healthily integrate.
Susan’s professional accomplishments are in the field of conscious leadership development and Emotional Intelligence, where her work has been consistently well praised by her clients around the globe including Harvard Business School, Yale University, University of Chicago GSB, London Business School and others.
She has published work as a lead author on a contribution to Applying Emotional Intelligence, developer and author of a series of activities, reflections & exercises titled, “Teaching Emotional Intelligence Skills to Others,” and a co-author of a chapter in Emotional Intelligence in Everyday Life. Published research with Dr. Jon Klimo and others in The Science of Consciousness and Contact (2018). Published the book, Hidden Energy; Tesla Inspired Inventors and a Mindful Path to Energy Abundance with co-author Jeane Manning, September 2019.
Susan has been a featured speaker at the Women’s Economic Forum in Cairo Egypt (2020) on research, innovation and technology. Tesla Science Foundation in NYC January 2017, the Leadership Series in Encinitas, California January 2017 and the Conscious Life Expo in Los Angeles, California 2015. And spoke at the July 2017 and July 2018 ESTC conference in Hayden, Idaho. Several emotional Intelligence conferences in London and Toronto. She is scheduled to speak in Singapore (2021) at the 3rd International Congress of Environment.
She serves as an advisor for The Tipping Point collaboratory with Dr. Anneloes Smitsman and as a research advisor for Consciousness and Contact Research Institute (CCRI).
Susan grew up in Massachusetts and was a participant with the PEER (Program for Extraordinary Experience Research) group in Cambridge, Massachusetts under John E. Mack M.D. She graduated with a Master’s of Science Degree in Organizational Development. Her passion is moral technology.
